With more than 15 years of experience in engineering staffing and services, Adam has established a career by understanding and catering to the unique needs of clients across diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical devices, energy, and consumer products. At Goken America, Adam spearheads the development of customized engineering solutions to drive growth in customer retention and new client acquisition. As a lifelong sports enthusiast and former college baseball player, Adam's competitive and teamwork-oriented mindset has played a pivotal role in his ability to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Adam holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Erskine College. During his free time, you’ll find him spending quality time with his wife and two young children, hitting the golf course, exploring the latest breweries, or cheering on the University of South Carolina Gamecocks.
